At Summer of Tech, we have worked with hundreds of employers to help them hire tech juniors. Over thousands of conversations, we've recognised three key challenges of hiring good people:

We've released 6 new features to our platform: Supercharged Job Listings. We want to make attracting and recruiting junior tech talent easier. Using Supercharged, you can maximise the reach of your employer brand, improve the quality of your job applications, and get notified of new candidates who fit your skills criteria. 


Application Form

The Customised Application Form lets you get key information to help with your recruitment process and screen out ineligible candidates. You can ask questions via text or multiple-choice responses.

Profile Alerts

Profile alerts take our market-leading candidate search functionality and supercharges it to push matching candidates to your inbox daily. Now you will get notified when new candidates become available on our platform. 

Featured Job

Supercharged jobs will appear in the "Featured Job" panel of all candidate dashboards who have matching skills to your role. This will ensure that your job will reach all the right candidates.

Job Videos

You can add an embedded Job video to customise the messaging for the role and increase the stickiness of your listing. This will help promote the opportunity to candidates who are a good fit.

Priority Job Listings

All Supercharged jobs will have priority placement via the candidates' job search page.

Job Metrics

Get deeper insights on your job listing on the Statistics page. Here you will be able to see views and application statistics.
