On the rainy evening of August 8th, around 13 curious people got together for an interesting discussion on “When good employees go bad” and what they, as aspiring HR professionals can learn to help them manage these situations.
The discussion was led by Ainsley who has a vast experience in Human Resources in New Zealand and UK. In an hour, the room was buzzing with questions around managing employee behaviour, issues surrounding leave & pay calculation, termination etc. Ainsley patiently shared insights and provided examples for the audience to understand and apply these concepts.
It was a good experience and the participants walked out smiling!
