Bootcamp Highlights: AUT Intro Session

Written by Yekti CrowWe started the bootcamp with a presentation from Catherine. She gave an overview on SoT, our programme, our activity calendar and how students can join our community.This presentation was followed by alumni panel. We were joined by Ryan Bircham, Simran Singh, Celine Harrison and Kobe Xu who are all AUT students who just completed their internship through SoT. There were about 80 students who attended this session, it was very lively and engaging.One of the students asked "What is the most important skill to have to land an internship?" and Ryan answered "Based on my experience and feedback from the HR manager after I completed my internship, she told me that I got the job because of my interpersonal skills. This shows that I can work well with different teams."
