Bootcamp Highlights - Design Portfolio Auckland

Guest blog by Randy SlocumYour design portfolio gives a hirer insight into your work style. Having 6 - 12 pieces help show that you're passionate about design.Portfolios aren't limited to just class work, put in personal projects or client work to help reveal your process. Even creating a fake project for a brand that you enjoy can help show your ideation process. Judge whether or not a project should be in portfolio by asking, if the employer just saw this piece, would it showcase my skills in the best light. Finish up by writing a case study discussing your process, and showing your sketches, wireframes, and each step you've taken in between. You're portfolio's all about you and should be constantly updated to show your story!
