If you’re driving, there is limited parking on the streets around campus. We suggest you arrive early and avoid the P5, P10 and P60 parks. The coupon parks on the upper part of Kelburn Parade are your best bet, they’re free and should be emptying out by then.
The nearest disability parking is in the VUW Staff carpark behind the Alan McDiarmid Building. Go through Gate 7 at the top of the hill, and follow the drive down, then up the hill to grid reference i-14 on the campus map.
There are disabled access toilets next to AM102.
AM102 & 104 are conjoined rooms with tables & chairs for 120 people. There is an AV system with microphone and 4 synced screens across the 2 rooms. Please enter through AM102. Our volunteers will check everyone in on arrival.
There’s a built in PC, and plugs to attach via VGA, HDMI and mini display port. There is a podium, lapel or hand-held mic available.
Free Wifi is available, you’ll need to sign up as a guest account on the “victoria” network.
