To register for our Summer of Tech programme, we have an annual fee of $500 +GST. This gives you access to all student profiles and our recruitment events. You can advertise as many internship roles as you like for this annual registration fee.
Payable per intern you place upon their acceptance of your employment offer.
This is agreed and managed by you and your employee, SoT does not take a cut on wages, it’s just listed here as a reminder that you need to budget for it! We recommend you pay your intern at least a living wage.
Internships are usually 400 hours between mid-November and mid-February. If you hire one intern, that equates to SoT fees of $1,750 +GST, plus intern wages of approximately $8,220. That’s a financial commitment of approximately $10,000 for one full-time tech intern over summer.
We have a $100+GST monthly subscription to SoT Jobs, which again gives you access to profiles and unlimited job advertisements.

SoT Jobs has a recommended minimum hourly rate of $20.55/hr for part time and short term roles, but we suggest you check market rates for graduates and full time roles.
